About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide financial analysis, lease administration and portfolio management support to the Leasing team
- Develop, maintain, produce various reports and analyses used daily
- Track all renewals and other lease actions
- Analyze status and work with Leasing team to meet departmental goals
- Work in tandem with Leasing team to produce analyses, provide information and assist the overall leasing process
- Prepare Letters of Intent (LOI) with Leasing researching and providing support
- Process, assemble and help represent the final economic deal terms to Real Estate Committee
- Strive for continuous improvement, drive metrics and cost-effective processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree in business or related field
- 2-3 years experience in lease administration, finance, property management or similar field
- Microsoft Excel Intermediate Level
