About the role

  • Build strong, credible relationships with senior leaders, managers, and employees; serve as a trusted advisor and coach.
  • Partner with leadership to design, implement, and sustain people strategies aligned to business objectives, organizational priorities, and core values.
  • Hold leaders and teams accountable to company values and expected leadership behaviors.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager on talent initiatives including talent acquisition for critical roles.
  • Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, restructures, and change management to support business evolution.
  • Mentor and coach leaders on people leadership, performance management, succession planning, employee development and disciplinary actions.
  • Consult with leaders and employees to diagnose root-cause issues, improve work relationships, and drive positive engagement outcomes.
  • Analyze people data, trends, and metrics to inform insights, recommendations, and program enhancements.
  • Participate in and lead cross-functional projects and special initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Interpret and advise on People & Culture policies and practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR business partner, talent, or generalist experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
