Key responsibilities & impact

Drive revenue growth by building strong partnerships and developing new business opportunities within their assigned territory
Engage with existing and new clients through strategic account planning process
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, new products, and market conditions
Develop and deliver professional presentations of company products and services to current and prospective clients
Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve challenges using effective, win-win solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal and external stakeholders to improve alignment of priorities and objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred
2-5+ years of related professional experience, preferably outside sales experience
B2B, B2C Direct Plastic and/or Building Products Industry sales experience preferred
Professional sales experience with active application and management of sales processes and tools
Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and coordinate activities to achieve goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Ability to deliver presentations to customer groups using PowerPoint and other visual aids and handouts
Willingness and ability to travel up to approximately 70% of the time
