About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support in setting up, administering and maintaining IT systems and networks
Installation and configuration of hardware and software
Analysis and resolution of technical faults and support requests
Assisting employees with IT-related questions
Participating in the planning and implementation of IT projects
Monitoring, securing and documenting systems, processes and IT infrastructures
Learning modern cloud, security and network technologies
Contributing to the optimization and further development of internal IT processes
Assisting with the management of user accounts, access rights and end devices

Requirements

What you’ll need

A good school-leaving certificate
Interest in IT systems, networks and technical contexts
Some experience with hardware and software and basic IT topics is a plus
Very good German skills, written and spoken
Good English skills
Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
Enjoyment in solving technical problems and learning new technologies
Team player, reliable and proactive
Motivation to learn and take on responsibility
