About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in conducting KYC and KYB checks
- Analyse and verification of customer documentation (natural persons and legal entities)
- Maintenance and updating of customer and compliance data
- Assistance with AML, sanctions and PEP screenings
- Contacting and communicating with partners and end customers as part of KYC and KYB checks
- Handling and responding to partner and end-customer inquiries
- Collaboration on end-customer management with partners
- Support with internal documentation and processes
- Close cooperation with the Compliance and Operations teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Law, Finance, Business Informatics/Information Systems or similar)
- Interest in compliance, financial market regulation, KYC/AML or FinTech/crypto
- Meticulous, structured and responsible working style
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Confident use of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Some prior exposure to KYC/AML
