About the role
- Support the compliance team in day-to-day operations
- Assist in implementing and further developing compliance and control processes
- Maintain policies, documentation and internal registers
- Prepare analyses, reports and internal controls
- Support internal and external audits (e.g., BaFin)
Requirements
- Enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Law, Finance, Corporate Law or similar)
- Interest in compliance, regulation and financial market supervision
- Structured, meticulous and reliable working style
- Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
- Very good German and English skills
- Confident use of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge or first experience in compliance
