About the role

  • Support the compliance team in day-to-day operations
  • Assist in implementing and further developing compliance and control processes
  • Maintain policies, documentation and internal registers
  • Prepare analyses, reports and internal controls
  • Support internal and external audits (e.g., BaFin)

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Law, Finance, Corporate Law or similar)
  • Interest in compliance, regulation and financial market supervision
  • Structured, meticulous and reliable working style
  • Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Confident use of MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Basic knowledge or first experience in compliance
