About the role

  • Identification of new target customers and business partners, and categorization and classification by industry, business model and specific needs regarding the custody of digital assets.
  • Detailed market analyses focusing on banks, neo-brokers, trading platforms and exchanges to drive new business development.
  • Independently represent Tangany in the market and in customer interactions.
  • Take full responsibility for the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and initial outreach to contract closing and customer support during the delivery phase.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline through intelligent qualification and prioritization of leads.
  • Prepare sales presentations, RFPs, contractual agreements and participate in contract negotiations.
  • Support sales and business development activities, including meeting preparation, maintenance of the lead pipeline and contract documentation.
  • Actively shape and optimize sales strategies and processes based on insights from market analyses and customer interactions to increase growth and market presence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, business development or a comparable role, ideally in the finance or technology sector.
  • Degree in economics, technology, business administration/finance or a comparable qualification.
  • Strong presence in in-person, video and telephone presentations and the ability to communicate complex technological and financial topics convincingly and clearly.
  • Very good knowledge of CRM platforms for customer management and proven methodological skills in forecasting.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn new technologies and actively contribute to a dynamic environment.
  • Confident communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
