About the role
- Interdisciplinary execution and oversight of processes related to the custody of digital assets: transaction management, anti-money laundering (AML) & Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, data analysis and reporting
- Management of blockchain transactions for our institutional clients across various custody technologies such as hot wallets and cold wallets
- Analysis and classification of new blockchain protocols, protocol upgrades, staking mechanisms and other technological developments
- Operational design and prototyping of new services, e.g., for staking or DeFi applications
- Continuous improvement and automation of internal processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk
- Building personal, trusted client relationships as a direct and dedicated point of contact for our partners such as banks and financial institutions.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, information technology, law or a comparable field
- At least one year of professional experience (including internships) in operational roles with client contact
- Basic interest in blockchain technology and digital assets
- Desirable: experience (including personal) handling cold wallets
- High level of reliability and accuracy when working with numbers and data, even under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities in German and English
- Enjoy working in an international, highly motivated team.
