Sales Development Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a geographic territory and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Direct field prospecting through visits to clinics and practices
- Plan and execute the full sales cycle: discovery, objection handling, closing, and onboarding
- Train and support product usage within medical facilities
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, ideally in field sales
- Strong drive for sales and ability to work toward targets
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from first contact through closing and onboarding
- Interest in healthcare, digital products, or technologies
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to give and receive feedback
- Bilingual in German and English
- Plus: Previous field sales experience, sales to healthcare providers, or SaaS experience
