About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own a defined geographic territory and build strong, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals through consistent on-site presence.
  • Prospect directly in the field by visiting clinics, practices, and care facilities.
  • Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, solution positioning, objection handling, closing, and onboarding.
  • Understand practitioners’ workflows and tailor solutions to help them save time.
  • Deliver hands-on product onboarding and training within medical practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine messaging and share field insights.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Initial experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Bilingual fluency in both German and English
  • Strong motivation for sales and comfort working toward objectives
  • Ability to manage a full sales cycle with guidance
  • Interest in healthcare, digital products, or technology that improves professional workflows
