About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively acquire new customers in the healthcare sector through cold calling, appointment scheduling, product demonstrations, and closing deals.
  • Represent Tandem Health at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, acting as an ambassador for our mission and solutions.
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with physicians, practice managers, and other key decision-makers across the healthcare sector.
  • Strategically plan and implement sales initiatives to effectively penetrate the German healthcare market.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to incorporate market feedback and continuously enhance the customer experience.
  • Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to track leads and ensure transparent and organized sales management.
  • Work in close collaboration with leadership to further develop the sales strategy and prioritize target segments.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated sales experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or the healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
  • High level of initiative, a structured approach to work, and a passion for embracing challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • Native-level German and fluent English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Independent operator with the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for improving healthcare delivery through thoughtful, impactful innovation.
  • Bonus points:
  • - Experience working with or selling to EHR providers, health systems, or care delivery platforms
  • - Background in medtech, digital health, or regulated software
  • - Completed degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a comparable qualification
  • - Experience in startup or high-growth environments, especially launching new markets
