About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Directly responsible for clinical services and partnership with a Territory Manager for sales
- Identifies potential customers and develops business relationships
- Provides clinical and sales support, and product education
- Develops strategies and programs to address clinical needs
- Conducts patient and HCP training and education
- Attends corporate sales/clinical training, meetings, and conventions
- Maintains records in customer relationship management software
- Ensures work is performed in compliance with company policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- RN, RD or RPh or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience
- Advanced Diabetes Education Professional Credential (CDCES or BC-ADM certified or eligible)
- Maintenance of registration and licensure through clinical education
- Continuing education on diabetes technology and pump therapy
- 2 years’ experience coordinating and conducting patient education
- 1 year of related diabetes/endocrinology industry experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software familiarity preferred
- Ability to travel in the assigned territory at least 80% of the time
- must maintain valid driver’s license and required auto insurance as well as good driving record
