About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- team up with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to bring our innovative insulin pump therapy to patients and providers in your community
- leverage your industry sales experience to meet or exceed sales goals through strategic business planning and customer identification
- grow the territory, build strong relationships, and help people living with diabetes thrive
- Drive business growth by creating and executing smart territory plans
- Spot opportunities, open doors, and build lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals to create value
- leverage advanced sales methodologies along with strong communication and collaboration skills to demonstrate value and accelerate revenue growth
- deliver product education and ongoing support to providers, patients, and clinical educators
- represent Tandem at events, conventions, and community outreach
- keep your territory organized with accurate CRM tracking and timely reporting
- collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and customer experiences
- ensure work is performed in compliance with company policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, or managed care
- Ability to travel up to 80% within your territory; valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market
