About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and adjust caregiver schedules throughout the day
- Process same-day schedule changes and new care requests
- Respond to caregiver and client phone calls, texts, and Teams messages
- Manage caregiver call-outs and secure replacement coverage
- Monitor caregiver arrivals and visit check-ins
- Support Targeted Care and On Demand operations throughout the afternoon and evening
- Serve as backup for the Scheduling Manager during PTO and days off
- Update payroll time records based on verified visit information
- Maintain accurate documentation in our CRM
- Collaborate closely with Care Coordinators and the Operations team to ensure seamless service
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of experience in home care scheduling, healthcare operations, staffing, dispatch, or a similar fast-paced operations environment
- Experience coordinating schedules and handling time-sensitive issues
- Strong customer service and phone communication skills
- Comfort working with multiple software platforms simultaneously
- Previous remote work experience is a plus
- Experience with CRM and scheduling software is preferred.
