About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a Territory Manager, you’ll team up with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to bring our innovative insulin pump therapy to patients and providers in your community.
- Leverage your industry sales experience to meet or exceed sales goals through strategic business planning and customer identification.
- Drive business growth by creating and executing smart territory plans.
- Spot opportunities, open doors, and build lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals (MDs, DOs, RNs, CDEs, RPhs, etc.) to create value.
- Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers, patients, and clinical educators.
- Represent Tandem at events, conventions, and community outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and customer experiences.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) plus 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, or managed care.
- Ability to travel up to 80% within your territory; valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market.
