About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support corporate shipment and inventory fulfillment needs
  • Manage and continuously improve global logistics processes
  • Maintain order-to-cash management and contribute to global footprint optimisation
  • Provide analytical support for inventory management
  • Manage third-party logistics providers
  • Serve as a liaison between 3PL providers and internal teams
  • Develop, implement, and maintain service contracts
  • Lead negotiations and manage relationships with logistics partners
  • Support evaluation of third-party quotations
  • Administer logistics-related systems and support new procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, or equivalent
  • APICS certification preferred
  • Medical device industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of global shipping concepts
  • High analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret data
  • Strong ERP knowledge
  • Change-management capability in fast-paced environments
  • Project management skills
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Ability to lead initiatives and contribute as a team member
