Key responsibilities & impact
  • Directly responsible for the promotion of Tandem Diabetes products and services within an assigned Territory
  • Identify potential customers and develop business relationships to facilitate sales
  • Provide account sales support and education on insulin pump therapy
  • Drive business growth by creating and executing smart territory plans
  • Build partnerships with healthcare professionals to create value
  • Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers and patients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, or managed care
  • Ability to travel up to 80% within your territory
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record required
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market
