About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Directly responsible for the promotion of Tandem Diabetes products and services within an assigned Territory
- Identify potential customers and develop business relationships to facilitate sales
- Provide account sales support and education on insulin pump therapy
- Drive business growth by creating and executing smart territory plans
- Build partnerships with healthcare professionals to create value
- Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers and patients
- Represent Tandem at events and community outreach
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, or managed care
- Ability to travel up to 80% within your territory
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market
