Key responsibilities & impact

Directly responsible for the promotion of Tandem Diabetes products and services within an assigned Territory
Identify potential customers and develop business relationships to facilitate sales
Provide account sales support and education on insulin pump therapy
Drive business growth by creating and executing smart territory plans
Build partnerships with healthcare professionals to create value
Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers and patients
Represent Tandem at events and community outreach
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, or managed care
Ability to travel up to 80% within your territory
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record required
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market
