About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Team up with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to bring insulin pump therapy to patients and providers
  • Leverage industry sales experience to meet/exceed sales goals through strategic business planning and customer identification
  • Drive business growth by creating and executing smart territory plans
  • Spot opportunities, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals to create value
  • Leverage sales methodologies and strong communication skills to accelerate revenue growth
  • Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers, patients, and clinical educators
  • Represent Tandem at events and community outreach
  • Ensure work complies with company policies including Privacy/HIPAA

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, or managed care
  • Ability to travel up to 80% within your territory; valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record required
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market
