About the role
- Lead/Support functional delivery for assigned modules: UK/EU Payroll / US Payroll / OTL / ORC
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design
- Configure setups: rules, eligibility, workflows, approvals, validations
- Support data migration activities
- Manage setup migration across environments
Requirements
- 5–10 years relevant experience
- Strong Oracle Fusion HCM / Cloud functional experience
- Core HR foundation
- Hands-on expertise in Payroll (UK/EU) or Payroll (US) or OTL or ORC
- Functional / Techno-Functional profile
