- Vice President of Business Development to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships across the Atlantic Coast territory (Philadelphia to Charlotte). Generate $1M+ in annual bookings by prospecting new accounts, cultivating executive-level relationships, and cross-selling into existing clients. Prospect and engage HR executives, CHROs, and Talent leaders to drive new business. Expand accounts through consultative cross-sell strategies aligned to client needs. Deliver tailored presentations and proposals to executive audiences. Track performance metrics and maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce. Leverage modern sales tools to build and manage a high-value pipeline.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B consultative sales experience in professional services or human capital. Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and closing executive-level deals. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred. Proficiency with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and AI-driven platforms.
