About the role
- Serve as the primary Administrator and subject matter expert for the Quorum QPTM application, including configuration, user management, troubleshooting, upgrades, and integration with other systems.
- Lead collaboration with functional user groups to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into system solutions within Quorum QPTM and related Quorum products (QLS, QDO, QRA, Dynamic Docs, Flowcal).
- Oversee installation, configuration, and upgrade activities for Quorum QPTM and associated applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Architect and maintain data integrations and interfaces between Quorum QPTM and other internal/external systems, including ETL processes and data validation.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Crystal Reports, and Power BI to support production tracking and management.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Work with software vendors and internal teams to resolve application issues, implement patches, and plan for future enhancements.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and user manuals specific to Quorum QPTM administration.
- Participate in after-hours support rotations as needed to ensure system availability.
- Monitor system performance, security, and compliance requirements related to Quorum QPTM.
- Lead efforts to devise or modify procedures to solve business problems using sound IT techniques, considering hardware/software capacity and system response times.
- Write documentation describing program development, logic, coding, corrections, and user manuals for installation and operation.
- Provide technical assistance and training to program users.
- Regularly work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Deal with a wide variety of people with tact, courtesy, and professionalism.
- Maintain a high regard for personal safety, company assets, employees, and the general public.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Management, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of five (5) years direct work experience in IT or a related discipline may be considered as a substitute for a degree.
- Minimum of eight (8) years overall IT experience, with at least five (5) years in a senior or lead role supporting Quorum Software products, specifically Quorum QPTM.
- Proven experience as a primary Administrator or lead technical resource for Quorum QPTM or comparable oil and gas production management systems.
- Experience supporting oil and gas accounting and land software a plus.
- Experience in the full product development life cycle.
- Established SQL skills in MS SQL and/or Oracle databases, including complex query writing and performance tuning.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Crystal Reports, and Power BI to develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques.
- Experience with JIRA Ticketing System and Confluence Document System.
- Experience working with Red Hat Linux environments.
- Knowledge of On-Premise Networks, VPN setups, SSL Certificates, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills; able to communicate effectively with all levels of company personnel.

- Analytical thinker able to utilize functional and technical knowledge to identify effective and efficient problem resolutions.

- Experience managing multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on business needs.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Access, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers (for travel).
