About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the ideation and execution of features and initiatives that drive user engagement and product outcomes.
Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with business and user goals and strategy.
Own the product life cycle, defining product problems, identifying KPIs, and monitoring experiments and enhancements.
Use quantitative and qualitative data to turn complex challenges into actionable projects and solutions.
Analyze web analytics, consumer feedback, and data to identify product enhancements.
Work closely with engineers to ensure product functionality and performance.
Compile progress reports and present project updates to stakeholders.
Generate product concepts aligned with market trends.
Evaluate customer feedback to inform product development strategies.
Conduct quality assurance testing for products and features.
Collaborate with data science, UX design, and UX research teams to optimize product development and user experience.
Articulate user needs and pain points while aligning designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Director, Product Management and stakeholders on strategic product vision.
Coordinate with marketing to incorporate new features into marketing materials.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
4+ years of experience in product management or similar product role.
4+ years experience using product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar project management software.
Proficiency in compiling project status, risk management, and marketing reports.
Understanding of software development processes and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Kanban is preferred.
Basic knowledge of coding languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred.
