About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the ideation and execution of features and initiatives that drive user engagement and product outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with business and user goals and strategy.
  • Own the product life cycle, defining product problems, identifying KPIs, and monitoring experiments and enhancements.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to turn complex challenges into actionable projects and solutions.
  • Analyze web analytics, consumer feedback, and data to identify product enhancements.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure product functionality and performance.
  • Compile progress reports and present project updates to stakeholders.
  • Generate product concepts aligned with market trends.
  • Evaluate customer feedback to inform product development strategies.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing for products and features.
  • Collaborate with data science, UX design, and UX research teams to optimize product development and user experience.
  • Articulate user needs and pain points while aligning designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Director, Product Management and stakeholders on strategic product vision.
  • Coordinate with marketing to incorporate new features into marketing materials.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • 4+ years of experience in product management or similar product role.
  • 4+ years experience using product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar project management software.
  • Proficiency in compiling project status, risk management, and marketing reports.
  • Understanding of software development processes and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Kanban is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of coding languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred.
