About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry
Treat lower to moderate acuity populations, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD
Treat patients across the lifespan, including children and adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
Conduct 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-up sessions
Make clinical decisions without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume
Manage schedule and weekly availability within established clinical standards
Provide care through a fully remote telepsychiatry model
Collaborate with an in-house referral network of therapists
Use operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD/DO)
Active, unrestricted medical license
Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care
Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and collaborative mindset
Children and adolescents must be treated by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists only
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. after accepting a job offer and completing Form I-9
