About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry care
Treat lower to moderate acuity populations, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD
Serve children and adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, subject to specialty qualifications
Conduct 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-up sessions
Make clinical decisions without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume
Manage schedule, weekly availability, session length, and patient population within established clinical standards
Use the in-house referral network to therapists
Collaborate with operational support teams handling scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD/DO)
Active, unrestricted medical license
Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care
Comfort learning streamlined clinical technology
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and collaborative mindset
Child and adolescent patients treated only by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists
Authorization to work in the U.S. after accepting a job offer and completing Form I-9
