About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry care
- Treat lower to moderate acuity populations, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD
- Serve children and adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, subject to specialty qualifications
- Conduct 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-up sessions
- Make clinical decisions without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume
- Manage schedule, weekly availability, session length, and patient population within established clinical standards
- Use the in-house referral network to therapists
- Collaborate with operational support teams handling scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD/DO)
- Active, unrestricted medical license
- Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care
- Comfort learning streamlined clinical technology
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and collaborative mindset
- Child and adolescent patients treated only by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists
- Authorization to work in the U.S. after accepting a job offer and completing Form I-9
