About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry care
  • Treat lower to moderate acuity populations, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD
  • Serve children and adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, subject to individual qualifications
  • Conduct 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups
  • Make clinical decisions without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume
  • Control schedule, weekly availability, session length within clinical standards, and patient population
  • Collaborate with an in-house therapist referral network
  • Use full operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD/DO)
  • Active, unrestricted medical license
  • Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care
  • Comfort learning streamlined clinical technology
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and collaborative mindset
  • Children and adolescents must be treated by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists only
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. required through E-Verify process
