About the role
- Manage the onboarding processes, supporting doctors and therapist hires; track new hires credentialing application, accurate preferences and schedules are entered
- Photoshoot process managed, biographies received, have all equipment and tools needed for their first day at Talkiatry
- Track process for physicians bringing patients with them to the practice
- Track license and DEA timeframes to ensure contact has been made and applications are in process with sufficient time prior to start date
- Communicate with providers who have time sensitive items due
- Check accuracy of schedules entered in EMR prior to start date
- Provide back up support for our recruiting coordinator
- Be an excellent communicator, able to explain the tasks required of the clinician during the onboarding process and the reason we ask the clinician to complete them
- Essential to be organized, detail oriented and values systems
- Act with a sense of urgency and update tracking tools and systems as requested
- Complete special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of working in a clinical talent acquisition setting
- People-focused and proactive with excellent follow-up and a sense of urgency
- Experience with accurately maintaining applicant tracking systems
- Excellent computer skills, including thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, databases, and advanced spreadsheet skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
