About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key fleet partners
- Act as the main point of contact for all account-related matters, ensuring effective communication and understanding of fleet requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategic account plans tailored to each fleet customer's needs and integrate them in Talixo systems
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives
- Shortlist potential new partner fleets, make cold calls to acquire new leads, and qualify leads
- Establishing a network of partnerships and negotiating deals across your region and your product line
- Onboarding and training of new fleets
- Utilise data and analytics to track key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to enhance fleet services and quality
- Prepare regular reports for fleets, highlighting performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities and potential risks
- Close collaboration with other Departments (Sales, Tech, Operations) to improve processes, and procedures and further develop our IT system and tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the procurement field or B2B / channel sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with intercultural experience
- Proficiency in data analysis and trend identification to drive informed business decisions
- Demonstrated ability to approach problem-solving in a structured manner, showcasing independence and creativity
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English - C1 is a must
