About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring high-quality recruitment delivery across the business
- Manage, coach and support recruiters to maximise performance and consistency
- Establish clear recruitment standards, processes and best practices
- Act as the escalation point for business-critical or complex hiring requirements
- Develop and execute Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with business growth plans
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
- Build proactive talent pipelines across commercial, product, technical and corporate functions
- Support recruitment delivery where required, particularly for key or senior hires
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, systems and ways of working
- Produce regular recruitment reports and insights for senior leadership.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition within an international iGaming business
- Strong knowledge of recruiting across Nordic markets (highly desirable)
- Previous experience managing or mentoring recruiters and leading through others
- A hands-on approach with the willingness to support recruitment delivery when required
- Experience improving recruitment processes and implementing best practices
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to drive performance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
