About the role

  • Owning and executing the performance marketing strategy, scaling paid media campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Programmatic, Native Advertising, Display, Video, etc.).
  • Managing and optimising high-budget marketing campaigns (€500K+ per month) for iGaming and financial services, with a primary focus on the US market.
  • Developing and overseeing media buying strategies tailored for US-regulated markets, ensuring compliance with state-by-state online gambling and sports betting regulations.
  • Managing relationships with agency clients, ensuring effective collaboration, reporting, and execution of high-performance campaigns.
  • Leveraging data and BI tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to track, analyse, and optimise marketing performance.
  • Implementing and refining affiliate tracking systems (HasOffers, Tune, Cake, Everflow) to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Leading the full customer acquisition funnel, optimising landing pages, conversion paths, and user experience through A/B testing.
  • Scaling and managing a team of at least five marketing professionals, including in-house specialists, freelancers, and agency partners.
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with key operators, affiliates, and media buying platforms in the iGaming industry.
  • Implementing rigorous testing frameworks (A/B & multivariate testing) to improve campaign efficiency and maximise ROI.
  • Monitoring and dynamically adjusting marketing budgets based on performance data and business goals.
  • Developing and delivering high-impact presentations with campaign insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends to continuously refine and innovate marketing strategies, particularly in the fast-evolving US gambling market.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on iGaming (casino & sports betting) and financial services.
  • Proven track record of managing large advertising budgets (€500K+ per month), particularly in US-regulated markets.
  • Deep expertise in PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic Advertising, and Affiliate Tracking technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of US gambling operators, compliance requirements, and market-specific acquisition strategies.
  • Experience working with leading iGaming brands, sportsbooks, or affiliate networks in the US.
  • Excellent understanding of US market segmentation, customer behaviour, and local licensing restrictions.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with agency clients, media partners, and operators in the gaming industry.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with expertise in Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualisation tools.
  • Experience with CRO, funnel optimisation, and A/B testing to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
  • Proven leadership experience, managing and mentoring teams of at least five people (internal & external resources).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and insights to internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is beneficial.
  • Fluency in English (written & verbal).
