About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage pharmacy orders via phone, fax, or web.
- Resolve customer inquiries, returns, and shipment issues.
- Coordinate with distribution and manufacturing teams.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License (or must obtain before training, application fees will be reimbursed).
- Active PTCB (PTCE) or ExCPT (NHA) certification (must provide before interview).
- Reside in FL, IN, IL, or WI.
- 2 to 4 years of customer service, supply chain, or call center experience (within the U.S.).
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Spanish proficiency preferred.
