Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, clinics, and medical professionals
Manage inquiries, orders, medical deliveries, and logistics
Handle inquiries via phone, email, fax, or online
Manage patient and clinic orders, documentation, and data entry
Escalate complex issues appropriately
Expedite urgent orders and resolve shipment, return, or credit issues
Process credits/returns, set up new patients, maintain records

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluency in Canadian French & English both
Located in Canada for compliance
High school diploma
4–6 years in customer service, supply chain, or call center
Microsoft Office & CRM proficiency, independent problem-solving
