About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, clinics, and medical professionals
- Manage inquiries, orders, medical deliveries, and logistics
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, fax, or online
- Manage patient and clinic orders, documentation, and data entry
- Escalate complex issues appropriately
- Expedite urgent orders and resolve shipment, return, or credit issues
- Process credits/returns, set up new patients, maintain records
- Recover medical equipment from patients exiting programs
- Participate in training and team meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in Canadian French & English both
- Located in Canada for compliance
- High school diploma
- 4–6 years in customer service, supply chain, or call center
- Microsoft Office & CRM proficiency, independent problem-solving
