Lead advanced aircraft capabilities and systems development
Serve as the primary interface between engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and executive leadership
Drive the development of next-generation aircraft systems, subsystems, and technologies
Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, manage technical schedules, and control budgets
Mitigate risks and ensure successful achievement of program objectives
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
Conduct project meetings and be responsible for project tracking and analysis
Ensure adherence to quality standards, reviews, and project deliverables
Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team
Recommend and drive action to resolve emerging challenges
