About the role
- Design, analyze, and develop advanced mechanical systems
- Conduct investigations to develop new applications for mechanical equipment and systems
- Lead research efforts and capture new business opportunities through innovative engineering solutions
- Evaluate and modify existing systems to improve efficiency
- Provide technical leadership in estimating manpower and costs
- Supervise and coordinate technicians in fabrication, installation, testing, and maintenance
- Oversee field operations and direct maintenance activities
- Develop, implement, and refine complex test procedures for validation
- Guide and mentor engineering teams
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with 10 - 13 years of experience
- Extensive expertise in mechanical system design, structural analysis, and thermodynamics
- Strong background in supervising fabrication, testing, and installation of complex systems
- Advanced proficiency in CAD software for mechanical design, modeling, and simulation
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives
