Develop, implement, and execute testing plans, methods, and equipment to ensure product reliability and compliance with specifications
Plan and coordinate testing schedules, labor, and resources for evaluating standard and specialized devices
Conduct functional, regression, and deployment testing while troubleshooting issues and providing recommendations for resolution
Consult with development and requirements teams to ensure applications and systems are tested effectively
Analyze, diagnose, and evaluate products to identify performance issues and areas for improvement
Establish test parameters, specify tests to be performed, and ensure testing procedures align with industry standards
Compile test data, document test results, and define necessary changes in testing procedures or manufacturing processes
Track and report test metrics, ensuring continuous improvement of testing methodologies
Monitor test processes for optimization opportunities, including failure analysis, throughput analysis, and yield analysis
Provide technical support to operational strategies aligned within your program and initiatives that optimize processes, enhance productivity, and ensure quality across all program functions
Ensure 100% of planned hours are worked and recorded
Identify and forward to your leadership any opportunities that could lead to growth within your work area
Participate in growth efforts as requested
Ensure all contractual deliverables are met/exceeded to the customer's satisfaction
Complete personal PDP and attend Staff Meeting and Storytime (with camera on)
Within your program, build productive and positive professional relationships with clients
Execute all contract requirements as assigned in accordance with the contract-specific LCAT and requirements
Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering or related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience in systems testing, verification and validation, or test engineering.
Experience with designing and executing test plans, scripts, and scenarios
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose system issues
Knowledge of test automation tools and methodologies for improving efficiency
Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment
DoD 8570 / 8140 IAT Level II certification
At least one cloud certification
