About the role

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (CE, F&O, or both).
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
  • Validate customizations, configurations, and integrations within Dynamics 365 environments.
  • Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using test management and tracking tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and system performance through thorough testing processes.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
  • Automate test scenarios where applicable using appropriate tools and frameworks.
  • Support release validation and post-deployment testing activities.
  • Continuously improve QA processes, standards, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in QA/testing, with specific experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test lifecycle, and defect management.
  • Experience testing Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations, or both).
  • Familiarity with test automation tools (Selenium, EasyRepro, or similar).
  • Knowledge of integration testing (APIs, web services).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Microsoft Dynamics or QA certifications are a plus.
  • Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
  • Must have experience working for US customers.
