About the role

  • Design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or Finance & Operations).
  • Develop plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Integrate Dynamics with external systems using APIs, Azure services, or middleware.
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Support data migration and deployment activities.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Participate in testing, including unit and integration testing.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Developer working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and Dynamics SDK.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
  • Understanding of Dynamics data models and architecture.
  • Microsoft certifications (MB-400, PL-400).
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript for front-end customizations.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
  • Must have experience working for US customers.
