About the role
- Receive promotional candidate profiles from recruiters to use as conversation starters when reaching out to potential clients.
- Qualify prospects, handle objections, and build initial relationships with decision-makers in IT companies.
- Engage in cold outreach on LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other platforms to find and attract new IT companies for collaboration.
- Communicate with new/potential clients, present services, and gather necessary vacancy details through LinkedIn and emails.
- Hunt new business opportunities by converting LinkedIn followers, webinar attendees, and other inbound leads into qualified discovery calls for RPO services.
- Responsible for booking 20 discovery calls per month as KPI.
Requirements
- Experience in selling services or recruitment via LinkedIn is required.
- Ability to identify decision-makers is a must.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluent English for communication and working with international clients.
