About the role

  • Pre-screening & initial contact: You reach out to interested candidates (by phone and digital channels), answer initial questions, and assess whether our offering aligns with their goals.
  • Qualification: You evaluate applicants against clear criteria to determine whether they meet the requirements for our courses and funding programs (e.g., the German education voucher/Bildungsgutschein).
  • Applicant management: You guide applicants through the process from the first inquiry to handover to our senior consultants, ensuring no information is lost.
  • Data quality & tools: You maintain our CRM system and learn how to keep digital sales pipelines clean and up to date.
  • Support & research: You assist the team with administrative tasks, communications with employment agencies (Arbeitsagenturen), and researching new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • You are officially enrolled as a student at a university or college.
  • Strong communication skills: You enjoy interacting with people, are comfortable on the phone, and can empathetically adapt to different conversation partners.
  • Digital affinity: You are comfortable in the digital environment. Tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) are no problem for you; initial experience with a CRM is a plus but not required.
  • Working style: You work in a structured, reliable, and independent way. You take initiative and don’t wait only for instructions.
  • Language: You speak and write German at an excellent level (C2/native), as the role involves substantial written and telephone contact.
