Talentspring AcademyOnline Marketing & E-Commerce instructor shaping digital education in a fully remote role. Teaching live sessions and supporting students in transitioning to digital marketing careers.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Live teaching & practical training: You design interactive live online sessions and convey practical knowledge from digital marketing — from performance campaigns and content creation to SEO, search advertising (SEA), email marketing, e‑commerce, and CRM.
- Curriculum implementation & didactics: You prepare content based on existing standard materials along predefined modules in a methodically sensible way — clear, understandable, and job-market relevant. You create space for practical examples, current cases, and application-oriented learning.
- Participant support & exam preparation: You provide guidance, motivate, explain, review, simplify — and ensure our participants gain the confidence they need for their career entry.
- Quality assurance & feedback: You provide didactic and content-related feedback, contribute to the development of our teaching formats, and actively help shape our digital learning processes.
- Team collaboration: You work closely with colleagues from the instructor team, exchange knowledge, and help build a strong and modern learning environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Practical experience in online marketing or e‑commerce: You are familiar with tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Mailchimp, Shopify, Canva, or HubSpot — and can teach their application confidently and clearly.
- Didactic sense: You explain in a structured, motivating, and understandable way — also for beginners and heterogeneous groups.
- Digital affinity: You are comfortable in virtual classrooms, use digital tools confidently, and are open to new learning formats.
- Attitude & communication skills: You work solution-oriented, respectfully, and clearly — and want to pass on your experience to people starting new careers.
- Language skills: You have excellent German at C2 level; English skills are a plus.
- Certified pedagogical qualification & experience: Ideally you bring at least two years of experience in adult education, have solid professional expertise in your subject area, and have preferably proven your pedagogical qualification through an IHK-certified qualification (e.g., AEVO certificate).
Benefits
Comp & perks- Meaningful work with direct impact: You help people establish themselves in the digital labor market — creating real opportunities.
- 100% remote, fully digital: You work entirely location-independently — with tools, processes, and structures that work.
- Long-term prospects in a permanent position: You will become part of our permanent team and take on a role with responsibility, stability, and development opportunities.
- Freedom to shape & pedagogical space: You contribute actively to content, formats, and didactic development.
- Fair compensation & strong team culture: You'll receive performance-based pay and be part of a professional, committed, and collegial environment with flat hierarchies and genuine team spirit.
