Recruiting Lead – Digital Education

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are responsible for the entire recruiting funnel – from sourcing to contract signing
- You identify and attract talent for internal roles as well as instructor/faculty positions
- You build scalable talent pipelines and sustainable sourcing strategies
- You conduct structured interviews and make well-founded hiring recommendations
- You design a high-quality, empathetic candidate experience throughout the entire journey
- You guide candidates professionally through the whole process – reliably, transparently and with respect
- You develop and implement scalable recruiting processes and standards
- You work data-driven with KPIs (time-to-hire, conversion rates, funnel quality)
- You build an efficient setup of tools, playbooks and clear decision-making logics
- You work closely with departments, operations and leadership
- You advise hiring managers and bring structure to decision-making processes
- You ensure that hiring quality and speed are aligned
- You provide occasional support in developing candidate journeys and first-contact formats
- You contribute to adjacent areas such as talent enablement, matching or applicant counseling
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications or a related field – or simply strong motivation for recruiting, matching & people topics
- Structure & execution strength: You are fast, organized and reliable – even with multiple parallel processes and contacts you keep an overview and get things done
- Communication & empathy: You treat candidates professionally and respectfully, can communicate clearly and reliably, and bring the necessary sensitivity to conversations
- Digital competence & tools: Tools like ChatGPT, Google Workspace, CRM systems, Notion or Trello are familiar to you – or you can learn them quickly and independently
- Ownership & team mindset: You work independently, follow through and see recruiting as a team effort – not a solo task
- Language proficiency: You speak and write fluent German (C2 / native level); English is a plus.
