About the role
- Course delivery
- Deliver standard learning units in the core Marketing module and additional specialization modules according to a defined curriculum
- Teach marketing fundamentals (e.g., online marketing, performance, content, funnels, KPIs)
- Cover courses in the absence of freelance instructors
- Create and refine learning materials, tutorials, assignments, and practical examples
- Contribute to final exams, supplementary projects, and project weeks
- Deliver individual modules or sessions in your marketing specializations (e.g., performance marketing, SEO, social media, analytics)
- Support the design and assessment of written examinations
- Record attendance, progress, and performance of talents
- Supervise project weeks, including providing feedback
- Hold a weekly afternoon office hour (subject-matter questions, exam preparation)
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications, media, business administration, or equivalent)
- 1–2 years of professional experience in a marketing environment (e.g., online marketing, performance, content, social media, SEO, analytics)
- Basic knowledge of common marketing tools, platforms, and digital channels
- Interest in current marketing trends and continuous professional development
- Some experience in teaching, training, workshops, coaching, or knowledge transfer (e.g., adult education, corporate training, or projects)
- Enjoy conveying knowledge clearly, practically, and in a structured way
- Confident and respectful presence in front of groups (online and, if applicable, hybrid)
- Structured working style and good self-organization
- Proficient with digital tools and learning platforms (LMS, video conferencing, collaboration tools)
- Very good German skills (at least C1) spoken and written
