• End-to-end support for talents and course processes
• Full support of talents throughout the entire journey: pre-onboarding, onboarding, course support, offboarding and after-course communication.
• Build a trusting relationship with talents — act as the primary point of contact for organizational, technical and personal matters.
• Ensure that course schedules, timetables, in-person/online sessions, etc. are properly planned and communicated.
• Monitor attendance, issue absence notices, handle dropouts, measure satisfaction; escalate or intervene when necessary.
• Hardware management for talents participating in courses.
• Work closely with instructors, course leads and administration to ensure the talent experience.
• Ensure a high-quality learning experience: collect and analyze talent feedback and propose improvements.
• Contribute to QA/certification processes (e.g., AZAV-related) together with the team.
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders: course leads, marketing, IT, administration.
• Maintain clear communication to participants: updates, feedback, escalations.
• Document processes, workflows and lessons learned.
• Actively identify opportunities for follow-on programs or additional services.
• Conduct feedback and exit interviews focusing on satisfaction and future perspectives.
• Systematically record needs and referrals in the CRM.
