About the role
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social channels to engage commercial real estate brokers and other target customers.
- Qualify leads and schedule **30+ high-quality meetings per month** for Account Executives.
- Partner closely with AEs and marketing to develop account strategies and messaging.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all outreach activities in CRM.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of outreach tactics and messaging through data and feedback.
Requirements
- 6–18 months of prior SDR/BDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High energy, resilience, and a growth mindset—motivated to exceed quota.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York City (4 days in-office required).
