What you’ll need

Around 3 years of relevant experience (sweet spot)
A background that lets you credibly speak the language of founders and investors, such as tech investing, VC, founding a company, investment banking, or the broader startup ecosystem
Coachability and adaptability to a non-traditional, relationship-led sales motion
Hustle, grit, and a money-motivated mindset, with comfort attending frequent evening networking events
Ability to thrive in a high-ambiguity, fast-changing environment
Bonus: top-school credentials or a venture fellow background
