About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute creative growth experiments to increase product signups and customer acquisition
Build and launch lightweight tools, landing pages, and AI-enabled workflows to support growth initiatives
Identify and manage strategic partnerships, affiliate opportunities, and ecosystem relationships
Explore community-driven growth channels including Reddit, creator ecosystems, niche online communities, and emerging AI networks
Analyze acquisition metrics and optimize channel performance through experimentation and iteration
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Leadership to improve onboarding, conversion, and growth strategy
Continuously evaluate and test new acquisition channels and automation opportunities
Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to improve execution speed and operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of experience in growth, GTM, startup operations, experimentation-focused marketing, or related roles
Prior startup experience required, ideally as an early employee or highly cross-functional operator
Strong familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and modern growth workflows
Builder mentality with the ability to independently execute ideas and ship projects quickly
Analytical and highly curious with a passion for growth experimentation and problem solving
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Based in or willing to relocate to New York City; able to work in-office 4 days per week
