About the role
- Own 50–60% of the company’s lead generation efforts: market research, campaign design, account prospecting
- Run automated, personalized outbound campaigns (no high-volume cold calling)
- Experiment with LinkedIn and Google Ads to support marketing efforts
- Contribute to general operations and ad hoc projects that move the business forward
- Work closely with leadership and AEs to fuel the sales engine
Requirements
- Familiarity with growth and outbound sales tools (Clay, Apollo, Growth Machine, etc.)
- ~6–12 months of outbound or SDR/BDR experience (preferred, but flexible)
- Strong analytics skills and comfort with semi-technical tools
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven experimentation
- Excited to grow in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment with Fortune 500 exposure
