About the role
- Execute and continuously optimize outbound prospecting via cold email, LinkedIn, and targeted calling.
- Build and automate systems for prospecting, list generation, enrichment, and sequencing.
- Develop and test outreach messaging across multiple industries and buyer personas.
- Track and report performance metrics; iterate to improve reply and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with founders to refine ICPs, prioritize accounts, and evolve GTM strategy.
- Option to expand into Account Executive or Customer Success responsibilities as the company grows.
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience (startup or SDR experience preferred but not required).
- Strong written communication and organization skills.
- Familiarity with sales or automation tools.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Systems-oriented thinker who enjoys experimentation, process design, and automation.
