About the role

Analyze business problems and apply engineering skills enhanced by AI to build user-friendly solutions
Collaborate with Product Managers to turn requirements into working prototypes within days
Use AI-assisted tools to rapidly build interfaces, services, or code snippets and refine them for production
Design and develop back-end logic in Java 21+ and Spring Boot
Develop front-end components in React
Build and integrate APIs and data models with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch
Continuously integrate AI into the development cycle (generate boilerplate, write tests, debug, adapt models)
Take ownership of code, deliver features end-to-end, write/maintain unit tests, and participate in code reviews
Mentor peers in AI-driven workflows and proactively improve tools, libraries, and workflows
Collaborate in cross-functional, remote-first teams and communicate clearly to drive results

3-5 years of experience building and shipping software products, ideally SaaS
Exposure to start-up or scale-up environments
Strong backend skills in Java (Java 21+) and Spring Boot
Frontend skills in React and TypeScript
Database experience in PostgreSQL and MongoDB
Experience with Elasticsearch
Product-driven mindset caring about user experience and business impact
Curiosity and adaptability to learn new frameworks and AI tools
Ability to thrive in a remote-first, collaborative team with clear communication and ownership
Experience writing and maintaining unit tests, participating in code reviews, and mentoring peers
