About the role

  • Develop and maintain front-end components using React.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Design and implement scalable back-end services and APIs using Java and related frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack, from front-end to back-end.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, and propose innovative solutions to improve products.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement designs and ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax.
  • Experience with React.js and its core principles.
  • Solid understanding of Java programming language and experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and development.
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
