Chief Marketing Officer

• Serve as Chief Marketing Officer reporting directly to the CEO and as a critical member of the Executive Leadership Team.
• Drive demand generation, strengthen market positioning, build brand authority, and scale a high-performing marketing organization to support enterprise customer acquisition and expansion.
• Own and scale a predictable, measurable, and ROI-positive demand generation engine across digital, ABM, content marketing, field events, partnerships, and outbound channels.
• Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure tight alignment on pipeline targets, lead handoff, conversion rates and revenue contribution.
• Evolve and strengthen the company’s brand positioning, develop compelling messaging for CFO suite personas, and serve as a public-facing representative at industry events and media engagements.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and the Executive Team to refine ICPs, pricing, packaging, and market entry strategies; analyze market trends, competitive intelligence and customer insights to inform go-to-market strategy.
• Build, develop, and lead a world-class marketing organization; foster a high-performance, results-oriented team culture and establish clear KPIs, reporting, and operational rigor.
• Act as a true business partner to Sales, Product, Customer Success, and executive leadership to drive alignment across the full customer lifecycle from awareness through retention, expansion and advocacy.
